The challenge of this renovation was to adapt to a property that already had large structural pillars and a small ceiling height upstairs.

 

The proposal was to redo the mezzanine leaving much of this area technical spaces.

 

The concept of the project is to open to the corner and be inviting.

 

The internal floor has the stamp of the brand but is made with the same materials of the traditional sidewalk of Rio de Janeiro.

 

Still, on the busier side we separated a space for the Grab & Go store.
