House at Ilhabela

Video

Single family residence, located in Ilhabela - São Paulo. The project prioritizes sea views, contact with nature, large meeting and leisure areas, natural lighting and abundant ventilation (because the climate of this place is humid).

Reinforced concrete foundations support the metal grid responsible for keeping isolated from the soil moisture the whole structure of glued laminated wood, reforestation type Lyptus.

Prefabricating all building components enables the least impact on the ground with a faster and cleaner construction.

In addition, the building will feature energy capture equipment through renewable sources, rainwater collection systems for natural reuse, ventilation and lighting.

Made in partnership with architects Lucio Fleury, Alan Borger and Bruno Layus.
