This project was developed for a couple who would like a practical and single storey house to receive their daughters, grandchildren and friends.

The challenge was to build a single-story house on a 10 meter slope.

But it was possible to make a project house thought to the smallest detail so that it was economical and comfortable.

The environments were distributed according to the sun's position, wind direction and surroundings with integration spaces (living room, pool and kitchen)

The house has rainwater reuse, economical building systems and reused furniture.
