This penthouse was designed to create a mixed leisure space bringing guests a home-like feel to a backyard.

The environments were distributed according to the sun position.

​

We created integrated living room spaces, a dining counter, a hidden laundry room next to the sink, plus a yard with a strategically positioned gardener to give the room more privacy and next to the gardeners we made a large concrete bench for having a party or barbecue with friends.

Art objects, handmade wooden doors and furniture also add to the charm of this penthouse.
